Sacred Space Counseling & Therapy
A Space Distinguished from Other Spaces
Welcome to Sacred Space Counseling & Therapy a space where you will be treated with wonder, curiosity and respect - a space designed solely for you and your needs, a space designed to have a transformative effect on your life.
For centuries humans have been searching for and gravitating towards sacred sites and spaces that allow them to feel calm, centered, powerful and energized. This is the type of environment that I have tried to create for you in my private practice setting.
My definition of "sacred space" is a space distinguished from other spaces…a space set aside and reserved to do unique or special things.
My personal journey towards becoming a licensed therapist took many twists and turns involving both physical and emotional healing. During this seven year journey I had the opportunity to learn and heal from several amazing holistic practitioners. Because of my personal process, I felt compelled to create a unique and special sacred space for others in my private practice setting.
Your life is a sacred journey. It is about change, growth, discovery, transformation - and continuously expanding your vision of what is possible…stretching your soul, learning to see clearly and deeply, listening to your intuition, taking courageous challenges at every step along the way. You are on a path….and from here, you can only go forward, shaping your life story into a magnificent tale of triumph, healing, courage, beauty, wisdom, power, dignity, and most importantly self love. I would be honored to share, shape and witness this journey with you.
I invite you to enter into Sacred Space Counseling & Therapy. A space distinguished from other spaces. A space that allows us to work collaboratively to co-create, reinvent, explore, nourish, enrich or heal your life, within a calming and tranquil sanctuary like environment.
Welcome.
There are times in life when our paths leads us off course and we find ourselves no longer happy and fulfilled, but really struggling with some serious issues like negativity, depression, worry and anxiety, relational issues, difficulty with co-workers or unfulfilling marriages. Some of us are struggling with unresolved trauma from our youth, leaving us feeling distant, disconnected and alone.
Life does not have to stay or be like this. I believe that it is always possible to get back on track and start feeling better.
Here at Sacred Space Counseling & Therapy, I will work with you to help you develop the strategies you need to get back on a path that leads to increased happiness and fulfillment.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship problems, problems at work, problems in your marriage or symptoms of trauma; therapy can help get you back on course. Together, we will work to address the issues you are facing and come through on the other side with a new way of thinking, so that you will be able to confidently take a new direction in your life.
In my years specializing in domestic violence, eating disorders and trauma related therapy, I have helped individuals, couples and families overcome a wide range of obstacles. By treating my clients as unique individuals and recognizing the specific needs and desires of different people, I provide a truly unique treatment plan for each client.
AtSacred Space Counseling & Therapy you will have your specific needs met in a way that is collaborative, comfortable, and conscientious.
