SoulCollage® was created by Founder Seena B. Frost in the late 1980’s. Seena was a licensed Marriage & Family therapist and held Master’s degrees in psychology and theology.
SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage process for self-discovery and community. People make their own decks of collaged cards for their personal use from images found in purchased or donated magazines, calendars, books, cards, etc. and from stock photos and their personal materials (e.g., photos, one’s own art, etc.).
The SoulCollage® process helps people discover their unique inner and outer guides and challengers, and helps to explore and express their unique soul in its lightness as well as its shadow.
You make your own deck of cards—each collage card representing one aspect of your personality or Soul. You then use the cards intuitively to answer life’s questions and participate in self-discovery.
People who are attracted to SoulCollage® are usually motivated to do self-discovery and are attracted to the opportunity of doing so in community with like-minded people. They fall in love with this creative method, wherein they can make satisfying, meaningful personal art and use it to answer their own life’s questions.
Use of the cards helps to deepen your understanding of the relationships between your personality parts, you and your family, you and your community, the world, and you and your dreams, symbols, and Spirit.
It is fun to do, both individually and in groups!
I am a certified SoulCollage® facilitator and welcome any inquiries regarding this process. I can incorporate this type of work with you individually and in a group setting.
The SoulCollage® process works beautifully in conjunction with Group Labyrinth Walks. Let me know if you or your group or organization are interested in a workshop or presentation combining the use of either of these modalities.
I look forward to connecting with you soon!
It should be noted that “SoulCollage® cards are not to be copied, sold, traded, or bartered. SoulCollage® cards are for personal use only.”
